Clearfield Swimming Goodies
Coach Opalisky will be placing an order with Jim's Sports Center for Clearfield Swimming apparel. One item you are able to order is an all white beach towel with the Clearfield Sharks logo screen printed on one end of it. We will also be ordering Clearfield Swimming sweatshirts and T-shirts, like the high school team has. The sweatshirts can either be purchased with a hood, or as a crew without a hood. They are gray in color and will have “Clearfield Swimming” screen printed on the front. T-shirts are also gray in color with “Clearfield Swimming” on the front. If you would like to have a name printed on the back of a sweatshirt or t-shirt, please add $2 to the cost of each item. A new item being offered is an embroidered knit cap, great to keep those heads warm after a winter practice! To have a name embroidered on a hat, please add $3.
If you are interested in purchasing any Clearfield Swimming goodies, please return this form to Coach Opalisky no later than Wednesday November 26th, with payment. Make all checks payable to Diana Opalisky. Items will be available prior to Christmas. If this is a gift, please be sure to make a note of that, so we don’t hand it to your child.
